Haizz......•
Haizz.... Today is SUNDAY and i still have tons of homework... :(
Anyway, Yesterday i had Flag Day with my whole class. I went with Shu Ping, Vivians, Jingsi and my younger sis to Bedok interchange to ask for donations. There was this old uncle hu pissed us off! So irritating!
Anyway, this is what happened..
We were asking for donation far away from his stall. We asked for donations and were quite happy and enjoying doing it. Then my fren,Vivian Tan, walked pass this old uncle, around his 30s or 40s, stall selling magazines and some other stuffs. He suddenly approached Vivian and started shouting and scolding her saying that we are blocking his stall and there are other places to go. Vivian apologised and told me about it. I told her that we should just continue asking for donations because from where we are standing, it is far away from his stall. So, we continued asking and there he was at his stall cursing and scolding us in his language( i not sure what dialect). I assured my friends that we do not need to move away and cpntinued to ask for donations.
Then, the old uncle suddenly stood behind the pole behind us and started taking picture of us. he said, " OK!OK! I take picture!I take picture! Then Icall police!" I turned to look at him and then ignored him. He then called his friend to stand beside him and said out loud again, "I gonna call police! Then show them these pictures!" I ignored and then he continued standing there. Vivian asked me if we should move away or stay.
I told her in a louder voice making sure the old uncle can hear me, " we are staying, he wants to call the police, its his problem. We have the license to do this and we did not even disturb his stall so we are not in the wrong."
I thought the old uncle would really call the police but cowardly, he went back to his stall and sat on the chair. He kept staring at us and complained to his friend. The strange thing is, the ice cream stall man did not even complain about anything when the ice cream stall is nearer to us when we were asking for donations.
Therefore, we continued asking for donations till 2pm which was about 40 mins after what happened. But for that 40 mins, we were stared at by the old uncle till my friend, Shu Ping went to ask for donations with my sis at another place a few minute after that incident.
After that, we went to meet up with Jingsi and Vivian Ye and then went back to Seng Kang CC. My tin was quite heavy and I was so happy!! :D
Then i had meeting with my school NCOs and SengKang Sec NCOs regarding the combined camp. Sengkang Sec VIs came for the meeting too and to my surprise one of their VIs was the one who was my 'mentor' during the rice day 2 weeks ago!!! Haha it was soo unexpected and i was quite shocked.
After the meeeting, Firman, Yong Kai, Jian Hui, Francis and me went to Michelle's house for Ca visit for Chinese New Year. We watched tv and talked and played. It was soo fun and Michelle's house was the first time i had ever visited someone's house during Chinese New Year and it was quite memorable. However, Michelle's parents weren't at home so could not wish them Happy Chines New Year and didn't get Hong Bao, But its ok :) haha!
Ok, gtg do homework! byezz..
